On August 28, 2003, the first Hodag Facilities Foundation project of renovating Mike Webster Stadium was completed. Funds for this project were acquired by way of a memorial golf tournament, paver sales, and contributions both through labor and in-kind.
    The renovation included:
  • A walkway entry.
  • Lighting.
  • A ticket booth.
  • An entry gate.
  • Ivy covered fences.
  • Dedication pavers.
Many of the pavers purchased serve as memorials to graduates and Hodag fans. Pavers continue to be available and it is the hope of the Hodag Facilities Foundation that eventually all the paver slots will be filled.

The gate is open daily (except weekends) providing access for those who wish to view the pavers.

During the summer of 2007, the Hodag Facilities Foundation completed the renovation of the RHS Swimming Teams Record Board. The project grew from a wish of the Billy Edwards family to memorialize him by building a modern Hodag Swim Team Record Board.
