  • Is organized by people dedicated to providing improved activity facilities to benefit the School District of Rhinelander, as well as the entire community.
  • Has State of Wisconsin non-profit corporation status.
  • Is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code as an organization described in section 501(c)(3).
  • Has a full acting Board of Directors.
  • Has a full acting Executive Committee.
  • Is pursuing financial support to meet their goal of improving activity facilities at Rhinelander High School and James Williams Junior High.
  • School District of Rhinelander endorses the efforts of the Hodag Facilities Foundation and has agreed to a working relationship.
    • Agrees to allow the Hodag Facilities Foundation to market and sell naming rights according to district policies.
    • Agrees to allow the Hodag Facilities Foundation reasonable access to activity events held throughout the district to educate the community regarding its purpose, activities, and fundraising events.
    • Agrees that the community should have access to district facilities.
