Trio Joins in Leading the Hodag Facilities Foundation. With over 100 years in education, 95 of them in Rhinelander, George Baksic, Steve Jensen, and Jeff Scandin have several things in common: love of teaching, a belief in the importance of participation in activities and a desire to see the Hodag Facilities Foundation achieve its goals.

HODAG WALK OF HONOR AT MIKE WEBSTER STADIUM

Have your name, or that of your family, business of club permanently inscribed in the Hodag Walk of Honor at Mike Webster Stadium.

Purchase a personalized commemorative paver and cement your place in Hodag history on a walkway that will lead Hodag fans through a newly constructed arched entrance. The walkway was unveiled August 27th, 2004 as part of the dedication renaming the RHS football/track complex "Mike Webster Stadium"

You may select a 12" square paver for $150 or 24" paver for $400, with your choice of inscription, to become a permanent feature of the walkway. All letters are deeply etched and filled with epoxy, creating and attractive and lasting tribute

     In 1958, when the new Rhinelander High School was opened, it's activity facilities were considered the finest in the Wisconsin Valley Conference, featuring the only indoor swimming pool, a large gymnasium and a state of the art auditorium. These facilities handled programming needs of the times with ease as 145 participants, roughly 12% of the student population, took part in one of 6 boys sports. -->Read More
     Several additions and upgrades have taken place at Rhinelander High School since it opened in 1958. Despite the fact that in the last 45 years, the number of activity programs have more than tripled and the number of participants has q uadrupled, the athletics/performance arts areas remain primarily unchanged from their earliest versions. Current and projected projects by various local organizations will not meet all the needs of the community and the School District of Rhinelander. -->Read More
